feed. allows you to post, store, and share recipes, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display them in order to operate the service.

• Only submit content you are legally entitled to use.
• Credit original sources when sharing adaptations or remixes.
• Ensure you have the necessary permissions before importing recipes from third-party services, and comply with any applicable license terms.
• Only import or upload recipe images that you have permission to use, including those fetched from third-party websites.
• Indemnify and hold feed. harmless against claims arising from content you submit or import without proper authorization.

3. Recipe imports from third parties

Our import tools are provided solely for your convenience. We do not review third-party recipes for copyright compliance, licensing, or accuracy.

By using an import tool or uploading third-party content, you confirm that you have all rights necessary to do so and that sharing the content on feed. does not infringe any law, contract, or terms of use.

If we receive notice that imported content violates third-party rights, we may remove it without prior notice and may suspend or terminate your account in cases of repeated infringement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse feed., including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, scraping data without permission, or sharing unlawful, hateful, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, software, and original content provided by feed. are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

6. Service availability & warranty disclaimer

feed. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of feed. This includes reliance on recipes, nutritional information, or user-submitted content.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, use the platform unlawfully, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
